Our Nutrition Unit bases its objective on development of personalized dietary guidelines, adapted to the individual needs of the patient, with the main objective of health promotion and using the food re-education WITHOUT drugs or food supplements.
It uses as a starting point the current diet of the person maintaining the habits that are already adequate and offering different alternatives for modify unhealthy habits, in a progressive way and always agree with the patient.
