Entry Conditions
Dear Patient:
The conditions of your admission are detailed below, please take them into account so that the protocols can be carried out without setbacks:
- Your entry time is 8:00 am on the day you have been assigned.
- Must keep fast TOTAL from 12 pm the night before (you will not be able to eat or drink anything, not even water, nor will you be able to smoke).
- If you have scheduled any type of treatment and it corresponds to you during fasting hours, consult with the center's health personnel.
- You must go totally devoid of jewelry or other metal garments as well as with unpainted nails and lips.
- It is mandatory to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- You will not be able to drive or operate any type of dangerous machinery
Do not forget your personal documentation:
- DNI, passport or NIE.
- About and/or resolution (in the case of a patient referred from the SCS).
- Insurance Authorizations (in cases of acts covered by private companies).
- Consent of the legal guardian if the two parents are not going to be included in the income and family book (only in the case of children under 16 years of age).
In the case of patients from other islands, they must process the first flight in the morning and head to our center as soon as you arrive at the airport.
